As a director in dynamic organizations, he has combined the practical challenges of entrepreneurship with solutions based on the Process Communication Model (PCM), developed by NASA.
Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in sales and negotiation techniques, consistently incorporating the latest approaches grounded in decision-making psychology and behavioral science.
He firmly believes that a high level of trust, effective communication, and mastery of behavioral patterns are key to successful sales processes and negotiations. These elements are essential for overcoming challenges, creating added value in customer relationships, and building a successful work environment.
In his lectures, he combines both a strategic outlook and practical aspects of sales and negotiations. To that end, he applies methods that allow participants to immediately implement what they’ve learned. Participants value his structured and interactive delivery, which includes the latest approaches and real-world case studies.
He also shares his expertise as a lecturer at various business schools and universities, teaching courses such as Fundamentals of Management, Communication Management, and Business Communication.
