As part of Family Lab International, she obtained an international license under the mentorship of Jesper Juul.

She is the author, co-author, and lecturer of various programs in the fields of employee leadership, successful motivation, effective business communication, sales, time management, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Organization from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. In her master’s thesis, she conducted an in-depth study on appropriate leadership styles for different types of employees in the banking sector.

She led the Development and Marketing Department at Abanka Vipa for four years and was later responsible for managing a larger team (a business network of 170 employees). Her role as Knowledge Manager and HR Director at Sportina Group enriched her experience in human resource management.

Throughout her career, she has continuously pursued professional development, focusing particularly on leadership, motivation, time management, sales, and communication, attending both local and international training programs. She is currently conducting doctoral research on emotionally intelligent leaders and their effectiveness in the Slovenian professional environment.

With 25 years of hands-on experience working with people, she skillfully integrates practical insights into her seminars and workshops. She obtained an andragogical-pedagogical qualification for lecturing from the Faculty of Arts. Her lectures are known for providing actionable advice for both business and personal success.

She radiates positivity, good energy, and trust in people. In her work, she combines principles from some of the most renowned leadership schools (Gestalt, Reality Therapy, Behavioral School, and Transactional Analysis), always with a strong sense of practical application in leadership.

She describes herself not as a lecturer, but as someone who enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations about solutions that truly work in practice.

She teaches and leads the undergraduate courses Fundamentals of Management (for both Slovenian and international students) and Business Communication at the B2 School of Business. She is also a lecturer and course leader for Organizational Behavior and Leading Employees in the Master’s program at the Faculty of Management and Law (MLC). She previously taught Business Communication at Gea College.

She has dedicated her entire professional life to working with and for people—collaborating, leading, teaching, advising, writing, and co-creating projects. She believes that people are the essential component of any process. Capital and ideas are only the beginning; the common thread and true creators of added value are people.

She is a frequent guest on radio and TV shows, roundtables, conferences, and professional forums.

Since 2000, she has conducted over 3,000 lectures, seminars, trainings, and workshops, and participated in numerous conferences and congresses.
To date, she has collaborated with more than 400 companies and organizations, and her lectures have reached over 50,000 participants.

She is recognized as one of the top business trainers in Slovenia.
